Training Policy

Please read course information before booking to ensure that the training you book is suitable for you and your dog. If in doubt, please visit the FAQs, or failing that, email us with your enquiry info@citypawsclub.co.uk

 

Our booking system is not ready yet so for now please contact us to place your booking. When our booking system is ready then to complete your booking, you can use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. Please note you can purchase multiple events and make one payment once you have complete our registration form. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be asked to make secure payment by either of these methods to confirm your booking

 

Not sure if what you want to book will be for you?

No worries. We know that sometimes people need a little extra time to make sure what they booked really is for them, so for this reason we operate a 7 day “think about it” policy.

 

This basically means that after you book any training with us you have a whole 7 days to change your mind and get a full refund it you think the training you booked isn’t suited to you.

 

Now – there is one thing to keep in mind here…If the training falls within the 7 days – we’re sorry we can’t offer a refund if you change your mind then.

 

Okay, so if you do decide that you wish to cancel please email info@citypawsclub.co.uk within our 7 day “think about it” period and we will happily refund you right away.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note we operate a no refund policy outside of our “think about it” period for all bookings.

 

Workshops

If you are unable to attend your workshop, please inform us. We require at least 48 hrs notice to be able to consider if we can swap your booking for a suitable alternative. Please note there will be an admin fee of £10.00 if we are able to swap you over. Contact us to arrange payment for the admin fee.

 

Weekly Classes

If you are unable to attend any of your classes, please inform your trainer as soon as possible.
