City Paws Club only walk/run/look after dogs that:
  • Have an ID tag
  • Are wearing a safe collar, suitable for the size and weight of the dog. All fixed, half check/choke. Collars must be fitted so they do not slip over the dog’s head
  • Haltis and harnesses will only be used in conjunction with half check/choke or fixed collars
  • Leads are safe and suitable for the weight and size of the dog
  1. City Paws Club will walk/run the dog(s) described above for not less than the time stated and on the times and days mentioned above from the customers address, unless some other address is shown above. This does not include transport times. City Paws Club reserves the right to walk other dogs at the same time, unless the customer has booked one to one dog walks, but the total number of dogs walked with one person at one time will not exceed [5].
  2. City Paws Club will walk the dog(s) on other occasions by appointment.
  3. Matt Boyce will provide this service either personally or by a person appointed by and working under City Paws Club instructions.
  4. The Customer will either ensure access is given to City Paws Club to collect the dog(s) from the agreed address at the agreed times or give City Paws Club a key to the place where the dog(s) is kept. City Paws Club will use the key to collect and return the dog(s) and for no other purpose and will keep it safe, not let anyone else have it, copy it and will return it to the customer on demand.
  5. The Customer will supply suitable collars or harnesses and leads (and where necessary muzzles) for the dog(s) and any coats or other accessories which the Customer wishes to be used. City Paws Club will be entitled to refuse to walk the dog(s) if a suitable collar or harness and lead (and muzzle) is not provided and to be paid in full as though the walk had taken place.
  6. City Paws Club charges are at the rates and are payable at the times set out above.
  7. The Customer will pay either by cash or bank transfer within five working days of receiving invoice online
  8. The Customer will inform City Paws Club fully of any characteristics of the dog(s) which needs to be known for handling and care of the dog(s).
  9. City Paws Club holds insurance in respect of the death, loss or injury of dogs in City Paws Club care for a maximum of £5,000 per dog and shall have no liability to the Customer for any claim in respect of the dog(s), except such claim if any as covered by the insurance and admitted by the insurer.
  10. City Paws Club will inform the customer of any incident or anything which City Paw Club notices about the dog(s), which as dog owners the customer should know.
  11. City Paws Club will keep the dog(s) on a lead whenever out of the house, unless specifically authorized by the customer, and will take care so far as is practicable both that the dog(s) is not a nuisance or danger to anyone, or any other animal, and that no harm comes to it. City Paws Club will provide appropriate receptacles for the removal of dog mess and will ensure that the dog(s) does not foul any public or private place.
  12. The Customer will provide City Paws Club with details of the dog(s) inoculations and contact details of its/their vet. In the case of need City Paws Club is authorized to refer the dog(s) to the named (or in an emergency any other) vet for advice or treatment at the customers expense. The customer undertakes to reimburse to City Paws Club all expenses incurred under this clause.
  13. City Paws Club will give water to your dog when necessary, although, is not required to feed your dog(s).
  14. Either party may terminate this agreement by not less than one week’s notice to the other at the address given in this agreement.
