Q: Are you fully insured?
Yes City Paws Club insured to professionally with specialist animal trade insurers. Our insurance covers public liability; day care, custody, control and transportation of your dog; loss of keys and boarding.
Q: How do you ensure the dogs get along?
We have a rigorous on boarding program to ensure your dog will be suitable for daycare. We start with a registration process, followed by a home visit. Should your dog be suitable for daycare we will then arrange a trail day. At this point we will know who best to place your dog with.
Q: Do you have partner vets?
Yes City Paws Club partners with a number of local vets and can recommend a local service if you are new to the area or wish to change vets. In an event of an emergency we have priority to the care we need from a trusted vet care professional.
Q: Are dogs supervised at all times?
Yes a bit like child care we have a dog to human ratio to ensure everyone is safe. We also separate the dogs into small groups per field so overcrowding is not an issue.
Q: Can I visit the daycare centre?
We actively encourage you to visit the daycare centre. You are free to bring you dog down for a visit, meet the team, and if we have time a local walk together in the near by forrest.
Q: Do you need me to be at home when collecting or returning my dog?
No, in fact most of our clients provide our drivers with a key. This ensures we can access the property should you not be at home and alows you the freedom of the day to enjoy. All of our team have been CRB checked and are trusted long standing members of City Paws Club.
Q: Do you provide a ad hoc service?
You are free to add additional days as you like as long as your dog is registered & been through a trial day.
Q: Do you accept puppies & small dogs?
Yes we accept puppies from 12 weeks as long as your vet gives the go ahead. We have a separate field dedicated to puppies and small dogs to ensure they are safe and not overwhelmed by larger dogs.
Q: Do you work weekends & Bank holidays?
We work everyday of the year including Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter and other celebratory dates. Please book ahead of time during these busy periods to ensure your dogs place.
Q: Do you offer training & behaviour whilst my dog is at daycare?
Yes, we have a number of in house trainers and behaviourists who can help your dog in the comfort of your home. This way you will both learn at the same time in a familiar environment.
Q: Do you have overnight facilities for boarding?
City Paws Club offer home from home boarding through our trusted team & network of Boarding angels. Your dog will enjoy all of the benefits of daycare before returning to a trusted boarder for the evening, ready for feeding and ZZzzz! All of our Boarders have been, hand picked, home checked, fully insured, have dog first aid training and attend our ongoing training seminars.
Q: Do you have indoor facilities when it is cold or raining?
We have areas to warm up during the winter and places to cool down during the summer. Whilst we encourage the dogs to be outside and active there are times we all need a well needed break in the comfort of our converted stable blocks
Q: How do you transport the dogs in your care?
We transport all dogs securing in purpose build crates designed to keep the dog safe should there be an accident. Our vans are air conditioned and regulary maintained to ensure the safety of your dog at all times.
