Yes. City Paws Club is insured professionally with specialist animal trade insurers. Our insurance covers public liability; day care, custody, control and transportation of your dog; loss of keys and boarding.
Q: How do you ensure the dogs get along?
We have a rigorous process to ensure your dog will be suitable for daycare. We start with a registration form, followed by a telephone call. Should your dog be suitable for daycare we will then arrange a trial day. At this point we will know who best to place your dog with.

Yes City Paws Club partners with a number of local vets and can recommend a local service if you are new to the area or wish to change vets. In an event of an emergency we have priority to the care we need from a trusted vet care professional.
Q: Are dogs supervised at all times?
Yes a bit like child care we have an excellent dog to human ratio to ensure everyone is safe. We also separate the dogs into small groups per field so overcrowding is not an issue.
Q: Can I visit the daycare centre?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the farm we don’t allow unauthorised visitors and vehicles. We can however offer you a video call with a tour of the site.
Q: Do you need me to be at home when collecting or returning my dog?
No, in fact most of our clients provide our drivers with a key. This will ensure we can always access the property should you not be at home and allows you the freedom of the day to enjoy. All of our team have been CRB checked and are trusted long standing members of City Paws Club.
Q: Do you provide an ad hoc service?
We ask that all customers commit to at least 4 days per month.

Q: Do you work weekends & Bank holidays?
We are open on Bank Holidays only and we currently don’t offer daycare services on weekends.
Q: Do you offer training & behaviour whilst my dog is at daycare?
Yes, we have a number of in house trainers and behaviourists who can help your dog in the comfort of your home. This way you will both learn at the same time in a familiar environment.
